1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using thewakingarc.com and any associated products or services (collectively "The Waking Arc"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or products.

2. Products and Services

The Waking Arc offers the following digital products and services:

• The Four Pillars Free Guide (PDF download)
• The Blueprint + 28-Day Challenge (PDF, paid)
• The Architect's Planner (subscription-based web application)
• Soundscape Series (audio tracks)

All products are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on thewakingarc.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio files, PDFs, the Four Pillars framework, and the Waking Arc methodology — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Waking Arc and is protected by copyright law.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute our content without written permission
• Resell, relicense, or commercially exploit any of our products
• Remove copyright or attribution notices from our materials
• Use our branding, logos, or name for any commercial purpose without consent

Personal, non-commercial use of purchased products is permitted and encouraged.

4. Purchases and Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital downloads and access, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a purchased product, contact us at hello@thewakingarc.com within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.

5. Subscription Terms

The Architect's Planner is available on a monthly (Alchemist) or annual (Architect) subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting hello@thewakingarc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use The Waking Arc to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

The Waking Arc is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Waking Arc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith through direct communication before any formal proceedings are initiated.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of The Waking Arc after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
